Muse for Small Business: Your Apps, Finally Connected

Muse news · September 29, 2026
Meta launched Muse for Small Business: a set of business skills plus connectors to the apps small businesses already run on — including Shopify, Stripe, Intuit QuickBooks, Slack, Notion, Canva, Dropbox, Asana, Zoom, Klaviyo and Figma, alongside your Facebook and Instagram business accounts.
What happened
- Real data, not copy-paste. With your accounts connected, Muse works from your actual sales, campaigns and finances instead of whatever you paste into a chat.
- Business jobs, ready-made. Meta's examples: review your advertising and content performance and draft next week's campaign; build a growth plan from a year of sales and campaigns; review the month's finances and flag expenses that look unusual.
- You stay in charge. Anything that sends, publishes or spends stops for your approval first.
What it means for your business
Most guides on this site follow one pattern: you gather the facts, Muse does the work. Connectors remove the gathering. The question changes from "can Muse write a campaign?" to "Muse, look at my numbers and write the campaign that fits them" — the jump from assistant to operator.
Start with read-only value: reports and drafts. Let Muse prove itself on analysis before you let it touch anything that spends.
Try this
"Look at my sales and ad results for this month. Tell me what sold best, which campaign earned it, what looks like a waste — and draft next week's campaign based on the winner. Show me everything before publishing anything."
